2.      We can help you prepare your property for letting for the first time at no charge (other than contractor or small jobs /minor repairs charges for work carried out):

  • Discuss Electrical regulations relating to letting property

3.      We can find you suitable tenants, including carrying out full reference & credit checks on your behalf.

  • We will check the tenants into your property,
  • We carry out regular checks and inspections on the property, can sort out any maintenance & repair jobs as well as ensuring all legal matters (i.e. gas safety checks) are kept up to date,
  • We arrange for rental monies (less our fees) to be paid direct into your designated bank account,
  • We keep you informed about the progress of the let, based on the extent & regularity of information you want,
